The South Texas Chapter AGC is a source for a wide variety of materials invaluable to the construction industry.
Contract Documents: We have all the AIA and AGC contract documents you might need to finalize your project. These are all original, legal
documents.
Plan Copies: We make large scale document copies of all the plans in our plan room upon request. Regardless of the size (24" - 42") the cost is $3.50 per sheet. We also have a regular copy machine capable of making 8.5 X 11", 8.5 X 17" and 11 X 17" copies or two sided copies all for the same price of $.15 each. These copies can be paid for at the time of pick up or your member company can be billed. Non-members may also buy plan copies for $4.50 per sheet.
Bonds & Liens: Every two years following the Texas Legislative Session, the legislative arm of the AGC produces a bonds and liens book. This is a very informative document and has all the information needed regarding bonds and liens. The cost is $25.00 + tax for AGC members and $35.00 + tax for non-members.

Workman's Comp Insurance: Our workman's comp program is the most competitive in the industry. Insured by Texas Mutual Insurance, the CompGroup AGC Program is a member based product. If you are currently insured by TMI, contact your agent and have them convert you to the AGC group. If you are not insured by TMI have your agent give you a quote as a member of the AGC group. TMI has historically paid a dividend to its insureds and the CompGroup AGC in turn has also paid a dividend to its members. These dividends have proven to be very beneficial to our AGC members as they enjoy an excellent workman’s comp program.
Electronic Plan Rooms: We offer an on-line plan service that enables access to all the projects bidding in Texas. AGC members enjoy a substantially reduced subscription rate to BXNet. This is a state of the art on line product that can help you expand your business by allowing you more and faster opportunities to bid projects.
Safety Service Providers: Engineering Safety Consultants is our recognized safety services provider. They work with AGC members that contract for their services and offer a reduced rate to our members. Safety on the job site is of premier importance and ESC can help you prepare the safest job site possible.
Health Insurance: Group health insurance, especially for small groups, is extremely difficult to acquire. Aetna Insurance has created a small group program that is offered exclusively to AGC members.
